Cheese is made from milk all around the world…milk from cows, sheep, goats, buffalo, and even donkeys. Although these milks may taste virtually the same, there is a miracle hiding within the cheese made from them. An almost infinite diversity of texture, taste and aroma lies waiting.
With such variety, there is actually no universal system for identifying cheese. Instead, every cheese-producing country has it’s own. We will introduce our cheeses to you by name and by country of origin, and then further define them based on rind and texture.
We hope that you find intriguing new choices to add to your personal favourites!
