Keen’s Cheddar

Keen’s is a classic and a benchmark in the world of cheddars. Dating back to 1899, it is still produced from unpasteurized milk from the family herd. Multiple award winnings every year, it is highly desired. The texture is crumbly yet very creamy in the mouth. The flavors are complex and long in the finish with earthy and nutty notes and the classic ‘tart’ or bite on the end.
