Valencay
Famous with the association to Napoleon and by its truncated form, Valencay is a natural-rinded goat cheese that is covered in salted charcoal ashes. It has a soft, moist paste and a mild and slightly nutty flavour.
How to Enjoy:
On the cheese board Valencay receives applause! It is delicious paired with fruity white wines of the Loire.
