Robiola

This cheese is made using cow, sheep, or goat milk, or a combination thereof.  It has been made in the Piedmonte region for centuries. It is a smooth, mild, and delicate cheese with a slightly sweet and milky taste.  There are floral and butter hints in the aroma.

How to Enjoy:

This cheese is wonderful on the cheeseboard or in a traditional Italian omelet.  Best served with a dry red wind such as Dolcetto d’Alba.
