This cheese is traditionally heated or broiled in front of a fire and scraped onto cooked potatoes.  A heating raclette rack is a convenient alternative and is made specifically for this purpose.  This cheese’s leathery washed rind encases the smooth, supple paste and a rich fruity, savoury flavour.

How to Enjoy:

Grilled in any preferred way, but excellent as a traditional topping for potatoes.  Enjoy with a Reisling from Alsace or Bandol red.
