Mothias sur Feuille

This little round of goat cheese lays beautifully within a curled chestnut leaf. Aesthetically outstanding, the leaf presentation is also functional as it moderates the moisture and maintains a lovely soft and creamy texture. It is AOC protected and has been produced under strict guidelines since the early 1800’s.

How To Enjoy:

Lemony with a fresh tang and nuttiness on the finish, Mothias sur Feuille adds a pleasant goat feature to any cheese board. Surround with fresh figs in season or on a dessert board with 70% chocolate shavings. It serves well with Loire Valley whites and light fruity reds.
