Pierre-Robert

This brie-style cheese is named for the original producer, Robert Rouzaire, and his friend Pierre. Rouzaire’s son is now in command of the production of this lovely 450 gram round triple cream cheese in Seine-et- Marne, Ile-de-France. It is aged for one month, and, at prime, is famed for a thick creamy texture and slightly sour – tart finish. It boasts of a 75% fat content thus giving this cheese a luxurious and rich taste sensation.

How To Enjoy:

Pierre Robert is stunning on the cheese board. The petite round allows for an attractive wedge for presentation. This cheese is amazing when served with fresh ripe pears and a full-bodied Bourgogne.
