A newer addition to the Fifth Town Fromagerie in Picton, Ontario, this small round is a soft surface ripened cheese from goat’s milk. Italian truffles have been carefully added with the result being a creamy concentrated texture with a smoldering truffle aroma and a rich and complex flavor. Lovers of truffles take note!… this is delightfully the best of both worlds.
