Cashel

Made by the Grubb family at Beechmount Farm in County Tipperary, Cashel blue is made from the farm’s own pedigree British Friesian herd.  This soft and silky blue is rich and creamy with a clean lactic flavour with a hint of nuttiness.

How to Enjoy:

Great melted onto a grilled steak or in a smooth green vegetable soup.  It is lovely on the cheeseboard with sweet fruit such as pear wedges. Serving suggestions include a St. Emilion
