Coeur de Neufchatel AOC
This cheese is known for it’s heart-shaped form, but it can also be made into various shapes including cylinders and squares. The interior is firm, slightly granular with a mild, hint-of-salt taste. The rind is white and velvety with the aroma of mushrooms.
How to Enjoy:
Perfect with fresh baguette! and very attractive addition to the cheese board. Nice with a fruity red wine.
