Tomme de Savoie

“Tomme”, or cheese, of Savoie varies from village to village. Our selection includes Verdannet LC (lait cru). The flavour is nutty with a lovely savoury tang.  It has a wonderful combination of herbaceous and farmyard aromas and a smooth interior with a natural rind.

How to Enjoy:

This cheese is excellent baked or broiled and is likewise perfect on its own and on the cheese plate.  It goes well with a light and fruity Savoie wine.
