Munster AOC

Munster cheese has a strong barnyard aroma and an exquisite flavour that is rich and tangy.  The interior paste goes from semisoft to soft at peak. Munster has a slightly sticky orange coloured washed rind.  Traditionally it can be teamed with cumin seed.

How to Enjoy:

Try it with heavy rye bread or serve traditionally on boiled potatoes with a touch of cumin.  Munster goes well with Gewurtztraminer or Reisling wine… a great example of a ‘terroir match’!
