Roquefort AOC

Considered one of the world’s finest and most famous cheeses, Roquefort has been aged for centuries in natural caves.  It has an amazingly creamy texture and strong spicy notes.  When fully aged, the blue veins fan to the edges meeting the porous mottled grey rind.

How to Enjoy:

Roquefort is spectacular  on salads, in sauces, or simply crumbled on a sizzling steak.  Traditionally it is paired with port or Sauternes, but it also matches beautifully with almost all sweet and fruity wines.
