Pizy
Pizy presents as a soft, thin white disc with a slightly ridged bloomy rind. It is made using pasteurized cows milk and gentle handcrafting. The results are a rich buttery feel and a mild lactic flavour with a hint of mushrooms.
How To Enjoy:
Lovely served on it’s own, or in a breakfast omelet. Also nice with a touch of almond oil and aromatic herbs. A Chardonnay goes well, as does a dry red to match an herb based combination.
