Grand Crème

An example of triple cream brie-style cheese is glorified in the form of Grand Crème. It appears tall and full and shows a lovely white rind and a rich cream coloured paste. It is soft and spreadable, buttery and lactic, and excellent example of this style of cheese.

How To Enjoy:

It is classic for double and triple cream cheese to be served with something light and bubbly such as champagne. Fresh raspberries and wild strawberries work beautifully together with Grand Crème, as does a thin curl of chocolate. Tiny and sweet champagne grapes also pair nicely.
